Insurance Coverage

Our employees are trained to work in a safe, efficient, friendly manner and do a quality job. In the unlikely event of an accident, you can be at ease knowing all employees are covered by Worker's Compensation. In addition to worker’s compensation, we also carry a $600,000 liability policy.

Screen Washing

We carefully remove and mark all of your screens and carry them to our screen washing station outside. We use a custom made screen cleaning brush to remove dirt and dust from your screens before setting them aside to dry. When we have finished washing your windows we make sure to replace each screen where it belongs.

Screen Sealant

We can seal screens with a sealant that repels dust and helps prevent screen rot. This helps keep your screens clean and last longer.

Outside Window Cleaning

While we may use the traditional soft strip washer and squeegee method, we generally clean outside windows using specialized technology known in the window cleaning world as a water-fed pole. We hook our water filter equipment up to your tap using a garden hose. As the water flows through our hoses to the brush, our filters remove dirt and other particles. By the time the water reaches your windows it is pure. We use our soft bristled brush to remove dirt and dust from your windows and then rinse it off with pure water. When the pure water we leave on your windows dries they are left spot and streak free.

Window Frame Cleaning

We clean your outside window frames before cleaning the glass. That way your dirty frames won't detract from your clean windows.

Inside Window Cleaning

We clean inside windows using a soft strip washer and a concentrated cleaning solution called Glisten. This window cleaning solution will literally make your windows sparkle. After thoroughly wetting the window with a strip washer and Glisten, we'll squeegee the water off, and then towel dry around the pane where water collects.

Track Cleaning/Detailing

We wipe accumulated dirt from the window tracks. For tracks with a lot of accumulated dirt, we brush the dirt out of your window tracks using our track cleaning brush and a vacuum.

Window Sealant

After cleaning your windows to a high standard, we can apply a high-grade sealant known as Envicoat. This sealant protects your windows by preventing hard water build up and keeps your windows clean longer.

Hard Water Removal

We never use dangerous or toxic chemicals to remove hard water. Instead we use a variety of polishing solutions and polishing techniques. After we have removed your hard water we seal the glass to help prevent future build up.

Construction Clean-up

Cleaning windows for the first time after installation, or when they have not been cleaned for many years can be a difficult process. This service includes removing window stickers, paint, and other residue left on your windows after construction or after many years of dirt accumulation. We also can remove the track runners and detail the window tracks.

Screen Repair

We will replace torn or weak screen netting and will replace bent or broken screen frames and broken tabs and corners. We can also custom build screens for windows that need them.

Soft Washing Siding

We can use our water-fed pole system or a power washer to clean the bug and dirt accumulation on vinyl or metal siding, prior to cleaning your windows.
